Overarching Living Essay Thesis

During the progressive era there were many reforms that were made but not all of them worked as well as planned. New innovations brought fears and anxiety to people who turned out they had a reason to worry. Though these new fears became a problem they also helped society better educate themselves on new threats or modern issues. There is a plus side to all the reforms though, many of the reforms led people to change their views on a variety of issues. People had started to believe in being healthy but also they had new expectations for the role of government.
